BY PURCHASING YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED AT TIME OF ORDER NOT AT TIME OF SHIPPING; THE REASON BEING MOST ITEMS COME FROM VENDORS WHO SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOU AND HAVE DIFFERENT BUILD TIMEFRAMES. SOME PRODUCTS MAY TAKE AS LONG AS 60 DAYS.
Returns: Custom Embroidered items Can Not be returned or cancelled once the order is placed with Jack Nadel. These items are made specifically to your specifications and can't be cancelled once the order is placed.
All International Orders will NOW require a $75.00 USD advance for the additional Shipping charges. I will email you about this requirement when an order is placed. Until the $75.00 is received your order will not be processed.
